This is likely someone sniping an ordinal NFT or Rune fungible token, hence the 2 fee bumps.
If you can make more than the fee by sniping someone else's transaction, it makes economic sense.

He is a customer of mine who just won't get into Lightning. Instead, he's all about speed, beyond understanding. My repeated efforts to get him to use Lightning hit a brick wall. Not even this fee could make him change his mind. I don't know what to do with him...
He doesn't understand how acceleration or blocks work, either.
