Vegetables are trash.

Fruits is where it's at.

Not sugary or starchy ones but ones high in Vitamin C.

Kiwi, Strawberry.

Keto is as retarded as Carnivore.

Hunter Gatherers were neither Vegan nor Carnivore nor Keto.

They ate fruit in season and meat the rest of the time.

Since fruit is always in season in supermarket it must be consciously limited in some way, but ultimately my diet is that of meat and fruit.

Whether calorie counting is needed or not depends on personal goals. If you need to make weight for a UFC match you will have to count calories. If you just want to be healthy maybe you don't need to.
