Build it, tell them about it, and welcome them when they come. If I'm a mom and pop store and trying to attract from Walmart, it's not helpful to shit all over Walmart shoppers and ask why they weren't in my shop sooner or say they don't care about small business if they bought a mower at Walmart (especially when I don't sell mowers).
