It’s funny how all kinds of stuff ended up as ‘woke’ a term coined by, or at least popularised, by Blues artist Leadbelly in response to kids being fucked over by a racist judicial system.

Now it seems to be twisted into a dislike of people who dye their hair? I wonder what Lead Belly would make of it…

I see people discuss being anti woke as being if they’re on some woke antiestablishment flex. Double double speak x 2.

However, it’s not too late to flip the term again so being woke means being anti woke, which is woke or something…
