Means they forgot their TweetDeck app used the same API as the external API.

For me Twitter works, just not tweetdeck.

Maybe it’s because I’m not logged in, but going to twitter.com gives me that same api message

Indeed. I just tried with an incognito window (now cookies etc). It's dead. same API error
