Brunch today: cheese omelette with sausage, shiitake mushrooms, shallots, and asparagus. Fig-almond tart made with coconut flour. Latte with coconut oil, collagen, turmeric, cinnamon, honey and orange essential oil. I only eat twice a day so this will carry me to supper. But don't be too impressed--tomorrow might just be tea and a slice of sourdough toast with 1/4 inch of butter on top 😜
