Damn, sorry to hear that. You and her should look into zero carb diet. It’s been shown to help slow cancer.
Yes and lots of Exclusion Zone water. Sunshine/infrared light, barefoot grounding, sauna are all free cancer slowers (or even reversers).
Also worth looking into the Gerson therapy protocols and the work of Gerald Pollack- ez water and strengthening our cells' electrical charge (which is probably the root cause of cancer)
