We can only direct our own hashpower. If you are running a miner, point it to Braiins pool or another. Foundry USA and other such pools should be viewed as hostile actors.

Why hostile?

They are censoring blocks on behalf of the state .

I never did mining before . How many pools are there , and how much of the total hashrate would you suppose a pool like Foundry comprises ?

Jesus fuck.

We need more mf's mining !

Yes and nodes.

Definitely need more validating nodes! There are only 15 nodes on the network producing blocks.

What?! Only 15?!

All other nodes are what I call passive nodes, because they simply follow the longest chain.

The chain with the most POW in other words .

Exactly. If you're running a non-validating node, you're not really doing anything to secure the network. These nodes all just assume that the longest chain is the valid chain and follow along. They're not really contributing anything. They're all just agreeing with each other that the chain with the most blocks is correct.
