I live in Puerto Rico. Oooffff imma kombucha fiend. I have made some mango, lime, and soursop brews top of the line shit store bought cannot compare. I gotta get some new scobys my last ones died during a move.

I'm looking for low labor value added things to make more profit than just selling the plain crop kefir and kombucha are both on the list 💯. The kombucha market is pretty dominated here on the island and ppl don't really know or want to know what it is lol. But everybody likes yogurt or kefir. A vegan kefir will sell well here imho.
