iPhone 5 was the best form factor for a phone ever. Everything since has been too large.

The Asus zen phone was the last small phone but they just increased the size :(
Yea and I bought one and the performance was subpar to say the least and I returned it a week later because the fingerprint reader was so slow, it was unusable.
