Seems like you’re in the explore section of the client. When I look on your profile, these are the relays I see, similar to the other screenshot you sent. These are the default relays Damus usually gives when you start. If you have paid relays on your other keys, they’re tied to them, I don’t think you can use them on this keypair

I always have trouble seeing some users on Damus. Even if I subscribe to the same relays they are using. Never fails to fail.
