son has severe egg allergy. lots of bacon, breakfast sausages, etc. I'm "mostly" carnivore (lol) and not allergic to eggs, but I like a nice hard/sharp cheese with my morning coffee...mmm, perfect.

I gotta watch the salt too, which means bacon also kills me… which is also why I’ve yet to pull off this idea

oh, that's a tough one. salt is a staple in carnivore. Idaho Real Salt is splendid.
