Anyone have any experience using nextdns.io ? It's suggested in Firefox under Settings > Privacy & Security > Enable DNS over HTTPS using .. > Increased Protection setting

Browser for starters. I want to know what it does differently from Cloudflare.

It basically is just another trusted party. They can also track your behavior essentially. A vpn or tor is better.

I used them for years. Better if you setup an account and disable logging and optout via their privacy policy. And you can use them to setup dns-based blocking. I chose every block list they had and used ubo and ff strict for the layered approach.
