Anyone able to explain this whole Nostr/ Primal thing?

My understanding is Nostr is the network, Primal is then the client app along with others. Am I right so far?

Where does BTC Lightning fit into all of this? Is BTC/ Zaps built into Nostr or is this just a client addon?
