Yeah buddy! How many pounds you got going there?
It was around 5 pounds in the package. Probably trimmed off about a pound of skin and meat, so 4 pounds. Should get about 2 quarts of tallow.
Follow up note.
5 lbs fat equals a little less than 2 quarts of tallow.
