I had to google Horntail beanie because Iβd never heard of it before. I am now slightly more educated on yarn creations, which brings my total knowledge on such subjects to a grand total ofβ¦ one π
Thank you for sharing π
Did you go with a pompom or sans pompom?
Always learning!! π Yes, there's a pattern designer that did a ton of patterns named after Harry Potter creatures and characters! The textures are really good.
I do no pom, I absolutely love the big faux fur poms but I think they look weird on my head π€·ββοΈ.
I love HP! Now I need to google these patterns. Maybe one day I will learn how to make one!
I get it about the pompom. I think they look weird on my head too. But maybe everyone thinks that? Maybe we just need to be brave and embrace weirdness π
Jenny Noto is the lady's name and her pattern brand is called Wanded, she sells patterns on Ravelry and Etsy looks like. I totally geeked out when I came across her. I would buy all of them if I lived in a colder climate and have a different hat for every day π.
Thanks for sharing!!
Iβm now off to spend an hour down a rabbit hole I did not expect to find myself in today!
The patterns are lovely π₯°
It almost makes me want to take up knitting until I remember Iβm really bad at it as my tension is either frighteningly tight or holey moley! π
Best left to experts!
I splurged on black Friday one year and got a set of hiya hiya stainless steel needles with sharp tips and mine evened out. But I was determined to knit a pair of socks and a cabled hat as neither of those come out great in crochet. It's always there if you decide to give it a go βΊοΈβΊοΈ
They sound deadly! πβΊοΈ
Had a hole in my finger when I first got them. I learned quick after that π.
Trial by wounding!! Get better or bleed π³π
