Try to delete in the url where start this (&) maybe that could be the reason if that doesn't work then could be this or doesn't support youtube streams yet.
You need to click on API.Stream option instead of manual. And stream directly from obs with the link and key provided from that

Copia la llave y pégalo en donde dice “stream key” en obs, así como en el video
