It's the same shit in Germany. It's illegal to ride an e-skateboard without a handlebar, breaks and a license plate which you only can get with an insurance.
Imagine an e-board has to have a handlebar 🤡😂
That basically means only those shitty e-scooters are allowed.
Coupled with forcing insurance for this stuff... completely nuts
