When you recover, it will force close your channel, so you’ll probably to wait close 2 weeks to get your sats back due to the timelock.

There needs to be more explanation around this.

So they told me that for the lightning funds But I had some on chain stuff in there as well and I didn't know if that same thing applied to that or not.

The short story is the wallet was not working when trying to make a purchase, my channels were inactive and glitchy so I couldn't manually close them and I uninstalled it knowing that I had my backup phrase already. Perhaps that wasn't the right thing to do but I'm still new to nodes, lightning etc.

I went through zeus's recovery process and I just haven't seen the funds show up, nor did I see any indication of closed channels so I was a little concerned.

I reopened Zeus yesterday and my sats were back again. It has been probably a month or so? I had just forgotten about it honestly and spontaneously opened it again and there they were. I moved them out immediately.

I feel like maybe this node in the phone thing is a bit beyond me for now.

If you have the seed then you haven’t lost anything.

On recovery you either have to leave the app open for a while without closing it, or you have to generate a bunch of invoices for the wallet to index and lookup the balances. Trade off of getting that great privacy with Neutrino.

Stuck in the rescan loop. Make sure rescan is disabled in settings and restart the app fully. May take a second restart to kick it into gear.

I believe so. If you haven’t set up channels again yet, you may just want to start fresh and recover again - this time leaving it running after recovery. Maybe try with the v0.8.2 beta
