🇷🇺🇲🇱 The Russian Ministry of Defense's African Corps has fully deployed its forces in Mali.

Local sources reported the complete deployment of the African Corps in Mali. African media estimate the presence of more than 1,000 personnel in the country.

The primary mission of the African Corps is to assist FAMA (Malian Armed Forces) and combat the growing terrorist threat in the country's northern regions. Bamako places high hopes on continued Russian support.

A large shipment of military equipment, reportedly from Syria, has already arrived to support operations. On January 17, a convoy was captured on camera by Bamako's central television.

Currently, the African Corps is positioning itself to counter separatist militants. Additionally, the Corps has been training the Malian army for over a year.
