GM. How can my hip hurt so much from sleeping? This must mean I'm old. Time to break out last years goldenrod oil and some arnica.
Discussion
GM 🫡 as someone who has had dual hip resurfacings, I can perhaps help with some advice. Most of the time our joints ache due to a lack of synovial fluid and articulation through the full range of motion. I would recommend the KinStretch by Beard program to help you learn to do proper joint mobility exercises… this type of mobility training saved me after a decade of pain and related injures from the surgeries 🙏🏼🙌🏼 I also use Grounding sheets in order to reduce inflammation and help my body to recover from training… might sound like a scam but the data is solid and it’s worked wonders for me
Good luck 🫡🙂
Thank you. I am already a believer of grounding, it feels great (love barefoot hiking). I think I will try some grounding in the woods if this rain stops. Get that hip right on the ground. what grounding sheets do you use?
I will look up those stretches too. 🍻🫂

These are the ones I sleep on
We are clearly in the same club. GM. If it makes you feel better I sneezed getting out of bed months ago and wrecked my back for a couple of days lol
Damn, my friend just threw his back out for a week with a sneeze. I remember laughing when the baseball player Sammy sosa had this happen, now I get it.
Im feeling better after stretching and moving
Move/sleep in some different patterns. Stretch some different muscles. If that fails, heating pads are amazing.
I think this may be Lyme disease. There is a faint bullseye rash on that hip and a i have a general fatigue/soreness. Can anyone recommend any resources for naturopath treatments for Lyme? I plan on getting some antibiotics as well. Thanks.
