Trying to be a people pleaser can be to your own detriment.
Never apologise for fighting for something you believe is worth fighting for.

I would say their is a bit of an art form to being partially a people pleaser and easing them into new ideas.
Apologetics is a good example.
I think just being honest from the get go makes the person understand your position.
I know its good intentions but also kinda deceptive tactive which can lead a bad taste sometimes.
But I dont know im kinda retarded.
