Would it be possible to use lightning to enable a community tool hire ? It would need the following features:
a) Allow a deposit, redeemable on return of the tool in good condition.
b)Automatically deduct a fee per hour.
c)Be able to be completely automated in such a way that the person can walk in and grab a tool and they are good to go.
I’m following this. I’ve had a similar feeling about the tools I have around the house. I keep them “just in case” I need to use them again.

Yeah man , if only how to actually make it happen . Theres a guy near me and he has this "honesty" box system for leaving a small cabin with baskets of fruit and vegetables in it , and the idea is that someone can come along at their leisure , day or night , and take whatever they want and pay what they think is a fare rate.
That system was working well up until a couple of weeks ago when some miserable cunt broke into the little wooden box that he keep outside for the couple of pound that was in it (couldn't have been more that 50) and now this particular farmer only stays open during the day.
I have half a mind to talk to him about lightning and how that could mean that he at least wont have to leave any cash amounts outside.
Can you imagine being that low , and that pathetic that you would rob from a man that honest and trusting, if I ever find out who it was I'll dance on their fucking neck.
