How is important Vitamin B1, B12 and B complex🧐
Discussion
Without B1 you end up with the memory of a gold fish. There's something called Wernicke's encefalopaty.
It's mean... More important than B complex ?
Hmm..B12 very much if you ask me..
B12 deficiency = pernicious anemia...
That means that body can't make and fill red blood cells.. In 2 words.. No blood..
I have that anemia.. I need to get injections whole my life.. But things got better for me.. 2-3 per year.. Usually it goes one per month..(once they recover you)
I can't explain what a mess it made before doctors figured out what was wrong..
Just one vitamine! Crazy..

(Just now saw more comments on your post.. Like they come and go..lol
Anyway.. I vote for B12 as the most important..but then again B9 is what we known as folic acid..which is also necessary for red blood cells.. etc etc..
B complex is probably not enough to solve problems like the one I mentioned above..
Patients after brain stroke are under B12 treatment as well....and so many other from various reasons...
I will check but seems that it's the only one from that group that has its own anemia.. 🤣🤣😏
So.. Very important..
At least I have experience with B12..
Deficiency is dangerous.
