Sure...but the entry-way clients are concentrated - Damus, Amethyst, Nostter for Japanese users, Nostrmo/Freefrom for Chinese users, Snort/Iris still, rarely Plebstr. Maybe that's not the case but it seems like that.

And with welcome.nostr.wine relay (that aggregates from a lot of relays), it's easier for existing users to find new users rather than other way around.

Japanese users bot is not for existing users but beginners.

Yes, what I meant is, now existing users can more easily find new ones and talk/guide them about Nostr directly.

I have no experience with Japanese users bot (obviously 😅).

What exactly does it do? I know only 1 thing:

The bot follows new Japanese users, but follows don't have notifications - so the new users may not even notice the follow. But if they do & check the follows of the bot, they can find all Japanese Nostr users in one go

Existing users cannot find 100% new users immediately and support them completely.

Our reply doesn't always reach them because this is Nostr.

Bot helps them a bit more than nothing.

I'll be happy too if the bot is back 💙, but I feel SnowCait-san's time & efforts can be used working on something else, if the bot's follows cleanup is taking a long time.
