Upper blocks
250 crunches, then stretching.
I had an unfortunately extended deload week and it ticked me off so I now I'm a pile of sweaty gym clothes and all is right with my world.
Kicking brings me joy, you should try it sometime.
You just crushed the most challenging of the day! Now its cookies baby! ⚡️🦍⚡️
