1) You body doesnt digest them properly.

2) A bad diet filled with seed oils and other unnatural toxins can not be fixed by take a few vitamin B, C, D tablets.

3) They are unnecessarily expensive and supplement brands are promoted by social media influencers.

2) Get sunlight on your skin
