Bitcoin Bros don't want to know this truth. Bitcoin is public. The blockchain is monitored. You can't hide easily. If the feds want to criminalise it they can and they will. Cash will be easier, hide under your mattress with your now useless crypto keys!
Will this really stand up in the courts though? Given enough loss in tax revenue, I'm sure the feds will argue usage == tax evasion.
