Who would you compare Banksy too in order to illustrate how 'it' can be done better if you know what I mean?

Hmm I'm not sure. I see this as generic Protest Art which is indistinguishable from a state approved and guardian reader's position.
I would compare banksy to an advert on the bus from yougov to tell you when to take your recycling bins out
