In a way, yes. The Logos is the structure of reality itself. Logic is a tool that can only navigate its preexistent structure. Truths are human cognitions discovered about the reality held together by the Logos. The Logos itself is from God the Father and is dependent on him, but to us, it is necessarily static and predetermined.
