Bitcoiners are going to have a hard time, get scammed, repeatedly deceived and go into depression until they are ready to admit that 99% of retail payments will not go through self-custodial UTXOs.
You don't and can't get around L1 economics.
The actual number is 100%. L1 can only handle 0.5% of credit card transactions.
