The past few days I’ve been experimenting with baking soda so help alkalize my body because I noticed my diet was skewed toward a higher (acidic) pH.

Just 1/4 tsp or less a day has already had a noticeable impact. Will update on future results.

Looks like now might be a good time to figure out how to request deletions on #nostr.

I take a tsp in the morning with Geri-Care Aspirin and a tsp at night before bed. Many reports of improved sleep with bedtime use.

How do you take so much at a time? I put just a little bit in water and it tastes terrible to me
