Hamas will probably never change its view that Israel 🇮🇱 is its enemy.

The people of Palestine 🇵🇸 will probably continue to support Hamas if they do not change their view that individuals make independent decisions, as opposed decisions based on national identity.

In this latest episode, it does appear Israel has not been proportional. Further history has shown it is virtually impossible to change a people’s underpinning philosophy by force, it must come from within, an internal enlightenment.

So whether or not Gaza exists after this, Israel should secure its borders and defend them with overwhelming force, and wait, for Palestine to find its own enlightenment and change from within.
