Sure, nothing wrong with being gay. I know, how about gay people spend a month celebrating my heterosexuality. WTAF. Just celebrate your sexuality in private. Seriously. No one cares. We fixed the Matthew Shepard problem, no one is going to drag you to death behind their pickup for choosing a same sex relationship. Be done with it.

would your reaction to seeing a heterosexual couple on tv kissing vs a gay couple kissing be the same?

Being as that I’ve kissed a man romantically a few times in the past? Intimacy is intimacy, when it’s genuine it’s emotionally motivating. This gold star seeking gender neutral BS has me on edge. Like everything else, for most people sexuality is a spectrum. Few people, if anyone is actually *completely* homosexual or heterosexual.
You may be isolated from it because you work in a small business. But, in the corporate world, it is pushed on us hard.
Also, there are a lot of videos going around of parades where children are being exposed to adult content in public. And, others revealing some pretty horrific things about the affirming care industry regarding children. Which tends to get people bothered.
also, if i went to iran right now (my home) and said i liked girls, i would be stoned to death. also gay people are still killed everyday for their sexuality, i.e. Colorado springs.
you can hate the gays all you want, i really don’t give a fuck, but don’t say no one is being killed anymore for being gay. unfortunately, but it’s just completely false.

Intimacy is emotionally motivating when it’s genuine. Sexuality like so many other human attributes is a spectrum. Few people, if anyone is *completely* homosexual or heterosexual. Yes, there are places that are in dire need of reform, all I’m saying is that the US is taking this celebration a bit far. It seems like more of a attention grabbing I’m special because I do something with my genitals only about 10% of people feel motivated to do. Here’s your gold star. Be sure to display it when you’re in public. Hmmm. How did that work out?
