I also learned that working with extremely intelligent individuals, some of whom might even be described as geniuses, is really more about hard work than innate talent.

True genius is only 10% talent and 90% dedication, characterized by obsessive, demanding, and strenuous effort.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that genius indeed thrives in the company of others and the greatest gift you can give them is friendship and time.
