Let's go!! What's your pan material of choice? Are you a cast iron or stainless steel guy?

Cast iron, 100%. My wife collects and renovates them.

That's sick. I use cast iron and the wife uses stainless steel. I've got a dedicated pan just for eggs 😂

Same. I have a small cast iron that's just big enough for one egg at a time. Barely needs any ghee, tallow, etc.
