hence utility is reduced, given more open use of wireless spectrum then meshnets become quite useful, say we go nukes and some of starlink survives? and it can do some sort of network? moving notes via usb could become a thing in a distopian future, nostr seems like it will replace email

starlink would make reconnecting the planet easy, except a world war would likely make space unusable, especially given starlink would be targeted
Nostr is already basically scuttlebut, they were cited as the best decentralized protocol in the initial sales pitch.
