That sounds delicious! I am working through a tim of Kirkland dark roast from Costco. Not the most sophisticated 😂😂, but it speeds my heart up.
I am going to pick up some nice beans though from the local coffee shop.. you have inspired me.

I have been on a journey for great coffee that I like… as long as the coffee you like is in your mug, you are doing it right
I tend toward light roast high elevation coffees… bringer notes more fruity
My go to is medium roast but I do like a dark roast at Christmas time when it’s cold and I am relaxing.
