OmniFocus - it’s perhaps overkill for a lot of things, but I haven’t found anything else that scales as well with more complex projects 🤔

logseq. open source, privacy focused, and better than workflowy. i use it every day. seriously don't know how i every managed without it.

Roam Research, even though not really handy/usable on mobile.

Logseq seems a free and more private alternative/clone.

Both have their strengths in note-taking / writing /journaling... tagging and back links are a must have for me.
