Looking at the Lightning addresses of folks on nostr, it seems the preference is for closed source lightning wallets. Why?

Simplicity of zapping faster. At least for me this will change.
How does it make you zap faster?
People take whatever is at hand and easy to use.
Make a list, would be useful.

I use 2 types of LN addresses: private and public.
Public ones on non-KYC custodial, for public stuff.
Private ones, on my own hosted servers, for private stuff.
I suppose you prefer email signup over phone number registration then. Makes sense. Working on it. Thank you.
From what I understand, it think it’s because of zaps. You need a NIP-57 enabled wallet for that feature and it seems to be available on custodial wallets at the moment
It's not only zaps that favor custodial wallets, It's also LN Address that's not solved for non-custodial mobile ln.
However my question was about closed source vs open source wallets.
Are folks not aware what's what or have we stopped caring?
I’m holding out until I can get my lightening address set up in a sovereign way. Spinning up BTCPay sever seems like the way to go. Hoping to have it up soon. All about the low time preference zaps.
