Just installed Phoenix which has Bolt12 reusable lightning addresses, anyone got any decent resources on this subject? Never used it before.

Tried paying this BOLT12 reusable QR code from Phoenix Wallet.
Error message:
“Could not retrieve payment details within a reasonable time. The recipient may be offline or unreachable.”
