Well, moving is not an option for most, and dont think they are hiring armed IRS agents for shits and giggles. Seems like this may be the exact reason for that.

It kinda is. I mean I dont even have shit, life went downhill fast after refusing an employer mandate for the Thing, but this could cause some serious societal upheaval.
