“Holler Roast” It’s a well run micro-roaster here in Tennessee. #Hollerroast is owned by #NicoleSauce I’m a fan of her podcast #livingfreeintenneasee I support her podcast by buying her coffee. But I really like her coffee. I didn’t think roasting made much difference, but she’s a roasting artist! My favorite roast is called “Jack’s Blend” it’s a dark roasted Sumatra cooled with bourbon at the end of the roast. Here’s a link https://hollerroast.com
