It’s funny that Junseth does such a good job playing this guys ego knowing he’ll spill the beans, but is amazed that someone young can be good at social engineering (which Junseth himself is doing).

Anyone ever been to a strip club? Those young girls have intuited all the same techniques, they can sell as good as anyone on Wall Street they’re simply working with a much smaller product line (themselves) in a much smaller market (a club).

Age is no barrier to understanding human psychology, it simply better hones the underlying intuition because you’ll have more examples to draw upon what you’re observing before you now.

That’s just false flattery from Junseth. It’s really well played too and has the intended effect. He’s a lot better at this game than they are.

This kid sounds like he was itching to brag anyways. “It’s almost like there’s no consequences.”

This is common behaviour. Criminals brag about their crimes all the time when they know there isn’t going to be a direct/immediate consequence.

James O’Keefe has made a career out of this with his undercover vids.

1) Find someone full of hubris

2) Stroke their ego and tell them they’re brilliant

3) They’ll open up like a fire hydrant

4) Profit
