Wait hang on. Is the universal symbol for "traffic camera" in 2024 UK an old timey medium format with a bellows mechanism?

I thought this was fake. That bat box does not look like it is big enough to cover a camera unless its small. I would have guessed they would have used a camera like the one on the sign. Picture found in article.
