Hosting a whole show on a relay would be unefficient. You would then have to transmit that info to other relays. Your data bill would be expensive. Maybe something similar to nostr.build where the media is hosted on a server but you only have access to it via a paid relay.

Relays are good for text. Even images would be a lot
They would only be hosted on a handful of relays, not all. So if you created a tv series, you may want to host it on different paid relays in the US, china, Russia, Switzerland, and a couple other places that would make it difficult for the government to take down all of them.
What happens when someone else broadcasts it ? If it’s only the link to the server where it’s hosted it’s more efficient than the whole show being broadcasted everytime
