Power is the ability to move something, or create change. When water moves across a water wheel, the amount of push captured by the wheel is a quantifiable power. The bigger the wheel, the more power it can harness. The weak and the dumb want to cut up the big wheels and make small wheels, so everyone can have equal power. But the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and this can be proven empirically with water wheels. The strong build the biggest water wheel they can and use all of the power harnessed however they see fit. The proper use of small wheels is to destroy them and replace them with big wheels, which harness more power. Big wheels harness quantitavely more power, but the merit of a big wheel vs a small wheel is qualitative. More power is proper and good ; less power is shameful and disgusting. Anyone wanting to chop up big wheels to make small wheels is unnatural, deformed in spirit and virtue.
