Dumb question incoming. What if your hardware wallet doesn't have PC software? No point then I suppose.
You don't need a full blown dedicated raspberry Pi node to "run a node".
Just install Bitcoin core in your desktop computer.
Then in your hardware wallet software, go to the settings and select your local PC as the node.
