There seems to be little love for Nostr articles, why? Long posts should have interesting value because the author usually put effort into them, and are produced for a long-term fruition. But in “standard” Nostr social clients they are rather hidden. Let's fix it.

Actually, I hope that long format content can also have a root tag, which allows a series of articles to be combined in a discussion thread, just like kind:1 now

You mean to create a collection of articles?

In this case you don't need threading, maybe using a list (NIP-51) and sorting by date, is a good enough solution.
