coding nostr stuff is so rewarding, you never feel like you’re wasting your time. the software you make doesn’t exist in isolation, its enriched by the underlying network.

this is *kind of* like web development… but websites live in isolation as well, unless you’re linking to other sites, but even that has limited usefulness since sites don’t interoperate outside of links.

on nostr its a bit different, other sites can be generating useful data and enriching *your app*. Follow packs are a great example of this.

It’s hard to describe how insane this is.
